Welcome to WedSnap (“the Service”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
WedSnap is a live wedding photo interaction platform that provides the following features:
Couples create wedding events and generate a unique QR code via the App.
Guests scan the QR code to upload photos and blessings without installing any app.
Photos are displayed in real time on a projection screen at the venue.
All photos can be downloaded as a ZIP file after the event.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share your account with third parties.
Each account may create up to 3 events.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service is free to download with a subscription model, including a 7-day free trial.
Subscription plans: Monthly at USD $9.99 / Yearly at USD $49.99.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos and text content you upload.
You grant the Service a limited license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You must not upload illegal, pornographic, violent, rights-infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Event creators (couples) have the right to hide or delete any photos within their events.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in any activity that compromises system security.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Access the Service in bulk through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.).
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload; the Service assumes no liability for its legality or accuracy.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the “Settings — Delete Account” feature within the App. Once deleted, all your events, photos, and messages will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for the latest terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
