This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your personal information when you use our mobile application and website. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

To provide a better experience, we may collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you register or log in, we collect your Email address and User ID via third-party authentication services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In) to identify you and save your event records.
User Content: Photos, messages, and event settings you upload to the Service. These are essential for the Service's core functionality.
Transaction Information: When you make a purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play, we receive a “receipt validation status”. We do NOT collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details.
Device and Usage Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports and device model information to improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., live streaming photos to the wedding venue).
To manage your subscription status and unlock premium features.
To send you service-related notifications when necessary (e.g., maintenance, terms updates).
To prevent fraud and ensure service security.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share necessary data with third-party service providers to maintain operations:
Cloud Infrastructure (Supabase / Vercel): For database hosting, file storage, and backend execution.
Payment Services: Paid downloads are handled directly by the Apple App Store. We do not process any payment information.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
4. Data Deletion (Account Deletion)
You have full control over your data. You can request to delete your account at any time via the “Settings - Delete Account” feature within the App.
When you delete your account:
Your login information will be removed.
All events created by you will be permanently deleted.
All photos and messages uploaded by you and your guests will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (such as SSL encryption and Database RLS) to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
